  Staffing problems show with long queues and frustrated staff being snappy. Maybe, as the store gets busier, woolies should up the staffing budget. I know I won't be going back there at busy times from now on.

  Every time I visit this store there is pallets everywhere that are not lowered to the ground. Numerous times I’ve gone to get items off the shelve and pallets have moved.
  
  2 stars because the customer service in fruit and veg department is great.

  The check out employees are slower then the sloth out of zootopia EVERY TIME I HAVE TO GO IN
  They just stopped stocking bam for the kitchen and Fiji water bottles and won't bring it back even though I asked.

  Can you guys pretty please bake more fresh bread? You're always sold out and it kills me because woolies fresh baked bread is the best but I always miss out unless I line up out the front before you open.

  Posting under my husbands name as i don't have an account. I use greenbank woolworths as it is local and closest to where i live, from today i will be avoiding this store. I am a mum to 5 children including 2 foster toddlers & 3 other school children. This morning i didn't worry about my hair, literally slapped on the nearest dress i could find after hurrying round trying to organise all to be ready on time for daycare and school and back home to work for me. With a quick stop for no sugar coke, yoghurts, milk and iced coffee for the ride home of corse.
  I could hear and clearly see 2 ladies from woolworths behind the desk talking about my choice of outfit and how if they were me they'd wear what i chose to wear too after eyeing my outfit up and down, as if i were an alien the other lady disagreeing that she's never wear such a thing. The last thing i expected was to be judged on a quick stop to pickup a few things at my local grocery store. Could they not have waited til i left the store to be so rude.

  You have a few lovely staff members at our Greenbank Supermaket. ONE that CERTAINLY stands
  out to me, is a lovely friendly Lady, by the name of ZOEY. I hope she stays at OUR store FOREVER, as
  she is certainly a GREAT asset to GREENBANK. She greets everyone with a friendly smile, which
  us Elderly folk certainly appreciate.
  PLEASE DON'T EVER MOVE HER
  (Staff like her are rare).
