  We have been using this team for years, and cannot think of anything to complain about! Very professional, very kind and loving to the pets, and have helped me several times with wildlife that needed medical help, or just advice on wildlife.

  Very lovely staff. Always give great advice and not crazy priced like other vets. I have one dog who loves the vet and one dog who needs to be carried in shaking. They always accommodate for the animals needs and take the time to ensure they feel comfortable and safe. Really love all the people here.

  The staff here were so amazing during every interaction I have had, from check ups to when I had to put down a beloved guinea pig. They were very kind through the entire process and so understanding and caring in terms of providing closure and ways to ease the grieving process. Everyone here is so welcoming and accommodating every visit. I fully recommend them to anyone and everyone.

  After going to this vet for many years with multiple special members of our family, I cannot believe the feedback regarding lack of empathy and disinterest during the heartbreaking process of having a much loved pet put to sleep.
  On two occasions during the last 12 months we have had to say goodbye to our older members of the family. One was put to sleep at the surgery and I with sitting with her the whole time (40 minutes in total) and the staff support was just incredible.
  The second occasion we had the staff come to the house to do the procedure, and once again, the two lovely ladies were very informative throughout the whole process and encouraged the whole family to sit with our dear old dog as he drifted off to sleep. I cannot stress enough how caring and compassionate the staff were during these heart-breaking events. Hats off to Glenn and the team, you guys are terrific!
